Synopsis
Ferran Adria's legendary Catalonian restaurant El Bulli is now closed, reopening in 2014 as a gastronomic think-tank. But this observational documentary is the next best thing to being there. Venture into the kitchen where, for six months of the year, Adria and his dedicated team of 'flavour scientists' experiment with the possibilities of food preparation and presentation.
