Gift vouchers cost $25. Different to the normal ticket, the Gift Voucher is an impressive present to provide anyone. The price also includes postage and handling to the gift recipient.

You can purchase a Gift Voucher online or over the phone. Please call the Rooftop Cinema Box Office on 03 9663 3596. The Box Office is open Tues-Thurs from 3.00pm to 9.00pm, Sat-Sun 6.00pm to 9.00pm.

We accept Mastercard, VISA and Bankcard. Gift Vouchers will be mailed within 5-7 working days. To bulk buy gift vouchers please email bookings@rooftopcinema.com.au

Seating at the Rooftop Cinema is subject to availability; a gift voucher does not guarantee a reserved seat. To avoid disappointment, make sure you let your gift recipient know to book ahead on the number above. Please note that Rooftop Cinema Gift Vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and are valid only until the end of the 09/10 season (27 March 2010).

GROUP BOOKINGS

Ticket price $20 + single BF (GST inc)

To book a session for 10 or more people please call the Rooftop Box Office. Tickets will be available for pickup from the Box Office prior to screening. You will be required to bring the credit card the tickets were purchased on as proof of purchase.

Tickets will be available for pick-up from the Box Office prior to the screening. There will only be one booking fee charged per sale.

Rooftop Cinema seats 185 people, so book early to avoid missing out.

ROOFTOP CINEMA TERMS OF SALE

The following terms and conditions apply to all persons who purchase tickets to Rooftop Cinema. This includes phone bookings, online bookings and at Moshtix venues:
1.0 Tickets sold by Rooftop Cinema are subject to the following terms and conditions:
1.1 Tickets attract a booking fee and are inclusive of GST. We accept Mastercard, VISA and Bankcard. The booking fee is non-refundable.
1.2 Entry to Rooftop Cinema is on presentation of valid bar-coded Moshtix ticket. This ticket will be sent via email upon purchase in PDF format or be issued to you at a Moshtix outlet please ensure that attendee details are on the ticket.
1.3 NO REFUNDS ON TICKET SALES. All sales are final, unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. Rooftop Cinema does not provide refunds for inadvertently booking the wrong session.
1.4 If a movie session is cancelled or terminated by Rooftop Cinema due to adverse weather conditions, patrons will receive a full refund to the credit card with which the tickets were purchased.
1.5 Customers who booked online or by phone will receive an automated refund to the credit card used to purchase the tickets. Customers who purchased tickets at the door will need to present the receipt issued at the transaction for a full cash refund.
1.6 Cancellation is at the discretion of Rooftop Cinema Management and can be made prior to or during a screening.
1.7 In the event that a session is cancelled by Rooftop Cinema, the front page of this website will advise of the cancellation by 5.30pm (where possible - inclement weather may cause the movie to be cancelled after 5.30pm).
1.8 If a movie session is cancelled or terminated due to decision by the host venue or other occurrence outside the Rooftop Cinema's direct control, all patrons will receive a refund to the credit card that the ticket was purchased with.
1.9 If a movie session is cancelled or terminated due to a mechanical breakdown all patrons will receive a refund to the credit card that the ticket was purchased with.
1.10 Rooftop Cinema reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute movie titles and to vary advertised prices, seating arrangements or audience capacity without notice.
1.11 Late arrival may result in non-admittance until a suitable time during the movie.

Conditions of Entry to the Rooftop Cinema
2.0 Rooftop Cinema reserves the right to refuse entry to the venue.
2.1 This is an 18 years and over event. Those under 18 years of age will only be permitted when accompanied by a parent of guardian.
2.2 The Rooftop Cinema is a fully licensed and catered event. There is strictly no glass, no BYO drinks and no BYO food policy on the grounds.
2.3 Upon purchasing a ticket to Rooftop Cinema the purchaser agrees to be bound by the rules and regulations of the Liquor License that applies to the Rooftop Cinema site.
2.4 The Rooftop Cinema is an all weather event. Bring warm clothes, a blanket and some rain protection.
2.5 Rooftop Cinema does not guarantee entry to persons who have been booked for a specific session, including complimentary tickets.
2.6 Persons holding complimentary tickets may enter subject to availability. Reservations are highly recommended. Conditions of entry apply.
2.7 Seating is non-reserved and at the discretion of Rooftop Cinema staff.
2.8 Patrons must remain within Rooftop Cinema's permitted areas only.
2.9 Rooftop Cinema reserves the right to eject any person/s who is intoxicated and/or causing a disturbance to other patrons; such person/s will not be entitled to a refund or exchange of tickets.
