I've got a voucher, do I need to book a ticket?

Yes, each voucher may be used to redeem a single ticket for a Rooftop Cinema screening of your choice. Gift Vouchers cannot be used to admit direct into an event, they must be exchanged for a ticket via rooftopcinema.com.au

I've got my voucher, how do I book a film?

To book tickets using your voucher(s) go to rooftopcinema.com.au.

Simply select your preferred screening in the online program, click on 'Buy Tickets' and enter the SPECIAL OFFER CODE from your voucher when completing your Moshtix transaction.

My SPECIAL OFFER CODE isn't working

If you experience any issues with your SPECIAL OFFER CODE please call Moshtix on 1300 438 849 Mon–Fri 9am–7pm, Sat 9am–5pm and Sun 10am–5pm.

I didn't receive my voucher in the mail

Please allow up to 10 business days from the time of purchase for delivery.

Gift Vouchers are sent to your postal address associated with your moshtix account unless stated otherwise. Please ensure your details are up to date at the time of purchase.

If you still haven't received your vouchers please contact the Rooftop Cinema Box Office on 03 9654 5394, Tue–Thu 5–9.30pm and Sat–Sun 5–9.30pm.

What if it rains for the session I booked?

If the session you booked with your voucher is rained out we will issue you another SPECIAL OFFER CODE so you can redeem tickets to another session during the season.

Do I have to use my voucher this season?

Yes, Rooftop Cinema vouchers and tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. This voucher is valid only until 3 April 2016 with no extensions possible.
